The area is a continuous landscape belt that runs from the main urban area along the Shangtang River to Linping affiliated cities; the two wings are the Gaoting Mountain on the left and the Shangtang Canal on the right; three pieces are three themed scenic spots that are lined up from the south to the north at one time.
